WHAT DOES A BANYA LOOK LIKE
The banya is composed of 3 areas – the steam room itself, as well as a wet area for contrasting procedures with showers and plunge pools, and finally a relaxation area for resting in between the steams, socializing, restoring hydration level.
During the session the guests variate between the 3 areas with careful guidance from our therapists
