Wow!!! What an incredible experience. I had a private experience with Katya. The feeling that you get from the contrast of the hot steam and the ice bath is another level. I loved the small touches of herbal tea and honey from Russia, as well as Russian food at the end of the experience. Will definitely be back.
I highly recommend this place. True Russian sauna multiplied by luxury standards of Dubai has made it to perfection. Special gratitude to the friendly and welcoming staff. I am a happy returning visitor.

Yes, you can leave your car at Valet parking at the main entrance of the Dukes the Palm hotel, and our buggy will take you to DUBANYA. We will validate your valet ticket after your session and parking will be free.
We require advance booking for a specific session. We have 3 sessions daily: at 11am, 3pm and 7pm. Each session lasts 3 hours. We do our best to adjust the start time of your session (usually no more than 30 minutes early or late), depending on other bookings for the day.
We provide everything you might require during the treatment — personal bathrobe, banya hat, towel, slippers, disposable underwear and bed sheets — everything is already included in the price. Some guests might prefer to wear swimming shorts / bikini during the treatment, in that case, we recommend to bring your own.
Unfortunately, male and female sessions are strictly separate as per Dubai regulations, and are happening at different timings. Our entrance policy is 16+, sometimes we can make an exception and allow kids aged 14 and above with their parents' supervision. As male and female sessions are separate, the child and the parent should be of the same gender. The prices remain the same regardless of the age of the guest.
No, our therapists have completed training to handle the equipment inside the banya and ensure that everything runs smoothly during the session. If you book a session, our therapists will be there to assist you at all times during the session.
Yes, to ensure your privacy we have an option to rent the whole Social area or the whole banya facility. Please find more information on our ‘Group Bookings’ page — or feel free to reach out and our reception team will gladly tell you more.
We do not guarantee that the other slot for Private banya will remain empty, so it is possible that one more guest will be having the same treatment at the same time as you. The programme is built in a way where you are not using any of the areas at the same time, so the treatment is still performed individually by a personal therapist from start to finish.
Inside the banya facility itself we have 2 plunge pools in each area — warm and cold that all guests are free to use at any time during the session. Furthermore, we are located at Dukes Hotel and all our guests have access to sunbeds and outdoors swimming pool during the session. You can access the swimming pool from the relaxation area directly. A whole-day pool and beach pass is included in the banya package.
No, we do not allow drinks or food inside. We provide small bites and snacks, as well as refreshments and herbal teas during the session. We also have traditional Russian dishes from our exclusive menu that we can serve during the session.
Yes, it is possible to extend your session — but this is only possible for the last session of the day (7pm session). 30 min extension is AED 900, the latest time the guests can stay is 11:30pm
Yes, starting from September 2024 20-minute complimentary massage is included in our Private banya treatments (Soul, Spirit, Private banya for Her) with an option to extend it for extra charge. Massage is not included in the Social banya rituals and can be booked before, during, or after your session.
